Sweetness & Lightning
Kouhei Inuzuka is a teacher who has been raising his young daughter, Tsumugi, alone since the death of his wife. Struggling with cooking, he and Tsumugi have relied on pre-packaged meals from the convenience store. One evening, a series of events leads him to a restaurant run by the mother of one of his students, Kotori. Though the mother is not present, Kotori does her best to serve them. It becomes clear that Kotori is often alone, as her parents are divorced and her mother is frequently absent. The three begin to meet regularly and cook together, creating enjoyable meals.
