TAMAYOMI: The Baseball Girls

In her junior high years, pitcher Yomi Takeda struggled to advance far in a cross-school baseball tournament. Unable to use her signature move, the "Magic Throw," due to a catcher on her team who was not at her level, she eventually felt regret over not being able to perform it. After junior high, she decided to stop playing baseball and enrolled at Shin Koshigaya High School, a school without a baseball club. There, she reunited with her long-lost childhood friend, Tamaki Yamazaki, with whom she had played catchball as children. Tamaki had also played baseball in junior high as a catcher and was capable of catching Yomi's "Magic Throw." Their childhood promise could now be fulfilled. Walking together once again on the road of baseball, the story of the girls who love baseball will begin.
