Synopsis
Bebop and Rocksteady use Krang's Mutagen to transform Bebop's pet turtle, Slash, in hopes of making him perform their chores. After Slash escapes, he encounters an angry businessman who manipulates him into implicating the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in a crime.
