Synopsis
Burne establishes a hotline for the public to report sightings of those responsible for the Channel Six News Building's destruction. Meanwhile, Shredder, worried about the Turtles infiltrating the Hall of Science, seeks help from an old adversary in the sewers: the Rat King.
