Synopsis
Raphael, frustrated with life underground and tensions with his brothers, seeks an outlet for his aggression. After a heated moment with Michelangelo, he meets Casey Jones, a brash vigilante whose methods mirror Raphael's own impulsive nature. Their alliance forces Raphael to confront the consequences of his hot-headed behavior.
