Following an unexplained event in Norway, Botan Negoro, a ninja descendant trained as the ultimate operative, is enlisted for a mission to retrieve records of Nikola Tesla's inventions stored within crystals known as Tesla Shards. Accompanied by Kuruma, a self-proclaimed No. 1 agent, the two embark on a high-stakes battle for the crystals, with the world's fate hanging in the balance.
