The Arbitrator
The series follows Nadav Feldman, a young social worker who learns he was adopted and is drawn into the world of his biological father's family. His father, Baruch Asulin, is a leader of an organized crime syndicate in Israel known as "Ha-Borer" (The Arbitrator), named for his role as an arbitrator in underworld disputes. The series explores the tension between societal norms and the codes of conduct within the criminal underworld, highlighting dramatic moments and the moral conflicts they create. It also satirically contrasts the pious behaviors of some characters with their disregard for human life.
