Each challenge features multiple cast members from previous seasons of reality shows, who are split into two teams based on various criteria such as gender, the show they originally appeared on, or whether they are returning veterans or new participants. The teams then compete in a series of missions aimed at winning prizes and progressing further in the overall competition.
