Synopsis
Brenda and her team look into the owner of a hip-hop record label after one of his artists and six others are fatally shot. The case becomes personal for Gabriel when he recognizes two victims from his church. At the same time, Brenda faces a civil lawsuit just as Chief Delk prepares to unveil the department's new structure.
