The Familiar of Zero
Inept magic student Louise must master her powers and protect her reputation by taming the bewildered Earth teen she accidentally summons as her familiar, while rival wizards and dangerous forces threaten to expose their fragile partnership.
Louise Françoise Le Blanc de La Vallière is a student at the Tristain Academy of Magic, where her lengthy name and lack of spell-casting ability have earned her the nickname "Louise the Zero." Her embarrassment grows during an important second-year test when she unexpectedly summons Hiraga Saito, an ordinary high school student from Tokyo. As a result, Saito is bound to Louise as her familiar, thrusting him into a life far removed from his normal one.
