The Faraway Paladin
In a ruined city of the dead, far from human civilization, lives a single human child named Will. He is raised by three undead caretakers: the sturdy skeletal warrior Blood, the graceful mummified priestess Mary, and the irritable spectral sorcerer Gus. The three care for Will and teach him all they know. As he grows, Will begins to question his identity and the nature of his world. Determined to uncover the mysteries of the desolate land and the pasts of his undead guardians, he seeks to understand the love and mercy of the good gods, as well as the prejudice and madness of the wicked. Through this journey, Will will take his first step toward becoming a Paladin.
