Synopsis
Wilma becomes enamored with the romantic antics of the Kissing Burglar, a thief who leaves a rose and a kiss at each victim's home. When she jokes that she has nothing worth stealing, Fred takes offense and decides to prove her wrong by impersonating the burglar—unaware that the real criminal is also planning to strike that same night.
