The Fresh Beat Band
The Fresh Beat Band is a children's television show featuring original pop songs, produced for Nick Jr. The band consists of Shout, Twist, Marina, and Kiki, who are portrayed as four best friends in a band attending music school together and who enjoy singing and dancing. The show was filmed at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles, California. Each episode follows a consistent structure: ⁕The episode opens with a song that hints at a problem the band will address. ⁕The band collaborates to resolve the issue. ⁕Once the problem is resolved, they perform a song that incorporates both the problem and its solution into the lyrics. ⁕Each episode ends with a rendition of The Fresh Beat Band's closing song, "Great Day." ⁕The main characters perform choreography created by Mandy Moore, Sean Cheesman, Chuck Maldonado, Scotty Nguyen, Dreya Weber, Mary Ann Kellogg, Nakul Mahajan, Mihran Kirakosian, Susan Austin, and Fred Tallaksen.
