The Hippocratic Oath

Makoto Tsugano is a medical intern who receives training at a forensic medicine classroom, recommended by physician Kojin Tsukuba, whom she respects. She feels that the classroom has a strange atmosphere. Professor Tojiro Kosaki leaves the room, leaving Makoto alone, when she receives a phone call from a girl asking, "Is that the place where autopsies are conducted?" The girl requests an autopsy on the body of a woman who died in a car accident; her father was involved in the crash. Although the police determine that an autopsy is unnecessary, Tojiro Kosaki insists on proceeding. Makoto is puzzled by Kosaki's extreme approach, but the autopsy uncovers a hidden truth.
