Geri leaves for college behind the Iron Curtain, eager to meet new people and enjoy the social life it offers. He joins a group of radicals led by the charismatic Száva. However, Geri harbors a secret—he is an informant for the totalitarian state. He has been compelled to spy on his new friends for State Security in an effort to save his brother.
