The Kevin Bishop Show
The Kevin Bishop Show was a sketch comedy written by and starring English comedian Kevin Bishop, a member of the Star Stories team. Channel 4 commissioned a six-part series, which premiered on July 25, 2008, at 10pm. A pilot episode was broadcast on November 23, 2007, as part of Channel 4's Comedy Showcase. The show gained attention for its rapid pace, featuring 42 sketches in 23 minutes. It was nominated for Best New Comedy at the 2008 British Comedy Awards. A second series began on July 31, 2009, at 10pm on Channel 4.
