Synopsis
Herman is hit in the head by a bolt of lightning during one of Grandpa's experiments, leaving him severely disfigured and bearing an uncanny resemblance to Officer Francis Muldoon from *CAR 54, WHERE ARE YOU?*. Lily seeks plastic surgery to restore his original appearance.
