The Murder in Kairoutei
A fire broke out in the middle of the night at Kairoutei, caused by a man. Although Jiang Yuan Xing survived, she suffered severe burns, disfigurement, and a mark on her neck from being strangled. Cheng Cheng, her boyfriend and a wealthy second-generation individual, is suspected by everyone to be responsible for the incident. The fire alerted the police, who began an investigation not only into the arson but also into the entire Gao Family.
