The New Batman Adventures is a continuation of the acclaimed Batman: The Animated Series. The series places greater emphasis on Batman's supporting cast, including fellow crimefighters Robin, Nightwing, and Batgirl, among others. The show also includes guest appearances by characters such as Supergirl, Etrigan, and The Creeper; characters who later appear alongside Batman in Justice League and Justice League Unlimited.
