The Orchestra
Jeppe Nygren becomes deputy conductor of the Copenhagen Symphony Orchestra and is warmly received by his new conductor, who openly discusses the musicians' quirks and traditions. The tense and conflicted Jeppe soon encounters these traditions firsthand when he makes an impulsive, cursed promise of a solo part to the embittered second clarinetist, Bo. This promise leads to significant and far-reaching consequences.
