Synopsis
The mayor of Townsville runs a strong campaign for re-election, but his efforts unintentionally awaken Fuzzy Lumpkins, who becomes irritated and decides to join the race. To the surprise of many, Fuzzy gains increasing public support and ultimately wins the mayoral election.
