The Danish national police branch PET is responsible for personal protection, primarily for politicians and members of the royal family. This includes preventive efforts related to terrorism, stalking, and similar threats. At the same time, several team members must manage personal issues, such as concerns related to their ethnic backgrounds and difficulties in their personal relationships at home.
