Months later, a signal from Emmet's tracking device reignites hope, prompting Tess, Lincoln, and the film crew to return to the Amazon in search of him.

Dr. Emmet's spirit possesses Jahel, urging the group to leave. Determined to find Cole, Tess and the team encounter a tree with childlike figures believed to be connected to a vengeful spirit of a drowned girl.
