The Severing Crime Edge

Killing Goods are inherited murder weapons passed down through generations within the families that own them. These items are cursed to force their current owners to reenact the original murders for which they were used. The curse also renders the weapons indestructible. Kiri Haimura possesses a pair of shears capable of cutting nearly anything, though his only desire is to cut hair. He encounters Iwai Mushanokoji, a girl whose hair cannot be cut and who is rumored to be able to grant any wish to the person who kills her. Each morning, Kiri cuts her hair, which regrows overnight, while also helping to protect her from others who are aware of her curse and seek to claim the wish for themselves.
