The Tomorrow People
An individual born to human parents may appear entirely ordinary during early development but could, at some point between childhood and late adolescence, undergo a process known as "breaking out," during which they begin to manifest paranormal abilities. These abilities often include psychic powers such as telepathy, telekinesis, and teleportation. Despite these powers, individuals who break out are psychologically constrained from intentionally causing the death of others.
