Synopsis
Stefan struggles with the shifting dynamics around him as Elena and Jeremy are surprised by the return of their uncle, John Gilbert. Tensions escalate during a Founder’s Day event, where Stefan's unusual behavior draws attention, Damon looks into the reasons behind John's reappearance, and a party incident puts a strain on Matt's relationships with Tyler and his mother, Kelly. At the same time, Elena's efforts to help Jeremy prove ineffective, leading him to take matters into his own hands.
