Synopsis
On his birthday, Stefan is surprised by a visit from his longtime friend Lexi. At the same time, Elena, still recovering from a recent incident at a haunted house, tries to pull away from Stefan but finds unexpected counsel from Lexi. Elena and Jenna also become aware of a change in Jeremy's behavior. Meanwhile, Caroline, encouraged by Damon, tries to retrieve a medallion from Bonnie, and Damon's offer to help Sheriff Forbes ends in tragedy.
