Synopsis
Damon's reckless behavior drives him deeper into self-destruction, leading Stefan to make a painful and irreversible decision in an effort to save him. At the same time, Bonnie turns to Caroline for advice on building a connection with Enzo, while Matt attempts to uncover the meaning behind a box of mysterious messages he has received. A personal tragedy forces Stefan and the group to reassess their priorities.
