The Wingfeather Saga
In a cottage above the cliffs overlooking the Dark Sea of Darkness, three children—Janner Igiby, his brother Tink, and his sister Leeli—live with their loyal dog, Nugget. When they discover the secret of the Jewels of the Shining Isle, they must rely on their unique gifts, along with the support of their noble mother and their ex-pirate grandfather, to survive the dangers posed by the Fangs, sea dragons, flabbits, and other terrifying creatures. The Wingfeather Saga combines elements of whimsy and emotional depth with epic adventure. After years of living under the oppressive rule of the Fangs of Dang, the Igiby children come into possession of a map believed to lead to the lost Jewels of Anniera—an object the Fangs will stop at nothing to obtain. This discovery thrusts the family into a dangerous journey, during which they uncover hidden truths about their identities that will ultimately reshape their world.
