Synopsis
The 55th Precinct is thrown into chaos as detectives grapple with the threat of a potential dirty bomb, while personal tensions rise between Carlos and Levine. Meanwhile, Captain Finney resolves to take his own life instead of facing justice for the murder of Ty Davis Sr., as Brendan and Davis attempt to conceal the truth.
