Those Snow White Notes
Sawamura Matsugorou was a renowned shamisen player of exceptional skill. After his death, his grandson, Sawamura Yuki, lost his ability to play the instrument. Struggling with the absence of his cherished sound, Yuki travels to Tokyo in search of a new musical identity. There, Tachimura Yuna, who works at a club, arranges for him to perform as an opening act. As Yuki plays, he channels the sound of his shamisen through his thoughts and feelings about others, continuing his search for both his own unique sound and genuine emotional expression.
