Tokyo Ghoul
College student Ken Kaneki must navigate a deadly underground war between humans and flesh‑eating ghouls after a transplant turns him into one of the monsters he once feared.
Ken Kaneki is a book-loving college student who meets a girl named Rize at a café he regularly visits. They are the same age and share similar interests, leading them to grow close quickly. Unbeknownst to Kaneki, Rize is a ghoul—a type of monster that survives by hunting and consuming human flesh. After part of her special organ, known as "the red child," is transplanted into Kaneki, he himself becomes a ghoul, thrust into a twisted world where humans are no longer at the top of the food chain.
