Tokyo in April Is...
Kazuma, a new employee who has returned to Tokyo from America, reunites with his childhood friend from middle school, Ren, who now works as the company's top designer. It is their first meeting in ten years, since their sudden goodbye during their third year of middle school. Ren was Kazuma's best friend and first love, and he remains as strong and attractive as ever. Kazuma is content simply being with him. However, Ren avoids discussing their past in an unnatural way and behaves like a mere former classmate. This is because Ren is gay and, more importantly, fears rejection from Kazuma. Yet one night, the two of them find themselves together again.
