Hanagaki Takemichi, a part-time worker facing financial difficulties, is devastated upon learning of his ex-girlfriend's death when he is suddenly knocked onto a set of railroad tracks, triggering a series of intense and unexpected events.

Takemichi returns to the present and meets a now adult Naoto, who has become a police officer. Naoto requests that Takemichi travel back in time to stop the meeting of the two leaders of the Tokyo Manji Gang.

Takemichi confronts Kiyomasa to defend his friend Yamamoto Takuya, a physically weak classmate. Despite suffering severe beatings, Takemichi's refusal to give up causes Kiyomasa to become increasingly anxious. The encounter is interrupted by Sano Manjiro and Ryuguji Ken, the leader and deputy leader of the Tokyo Manji Gang.

Takemichi briefly relives his middle school days with Hinata, experiencing a moment of joy before being suddenly returned to the present.

Takemichi regains his resolve as he time-travels once more, only to awaken and find an unfamiliar girl standing over him in only her undergarments.

After Pah-chin's friend is attacked by Moebius, the Tokyo Manji Gang decides to confront the group. Naoto proposes that Draken's death resulted from internal conflict within the gang rather than the dispute with Moebius. Takemichi returns to the present to speak with Osanai, the leader of Moebius, in an effort to uncover the truth behind the incident.

Takemichi tries to stop an impending conflict between the Tokyo Manji Gang and Moebius by traveling back in time, but his efforts face resistance from Mikey and Pah-chin, who remain resolute in their choices. As tensions rise, Osanai arrives with Moebius members to launch a surprise attack, resulting in a brutal one-on-one battle between him and Pah-chin, which Osanai wins easily. Mikey watches the fight without getting involved.

After an attack led by the head of Moebius, Mikey and Draken find themselves in conflict before visiting an injured Takemichi. Their argument and destruction of his belongings anger him, prompting an emotional outburst about Toman, which deeply affects both Mikey and Draken. While their reconciliation seems to ensure the mission's success, underlying tensions continue to linger.

Takemichi, acting on a tip from Naoto, arrives at a parking lot where Draken is expected to die and finds him fighting Moebius alone. With the help of Mitsuya, they attempt to assist Draken, but they are vastly outnumbered by Moebius members. The true orchestrator of the "Draken hunting" operation then reveals himself.

As the conflict between Toman and Moebius, led by Hanma Shuji, intensifies, Draken is critically injured after being stabbed by Kiyomasa. Mikey tries to reach Draken but is repeatedly obstructed by Hanma, eventually entrusting Takemichi with Draken's care. While waiting for medical assistance, Kiyomasa and his gang intervene, leading Takemichi to confront him directly in a one-on-one fight to resolve the conflict.

With the help of Akkun and others, Takemichi defeats Kiyomasa in a one-on-one battle and assists in protecting Draken until he can be transported to an ambulance, though Draken remains unconscious. At the same time, the conflict between Toman and Moebius comes to an end, and as he leaves, Hanma informs Mikey about the formation of Valhalla and Mikey's role as its vice commander.

In the future Takemichi returns to, Hina is alive and his dream of becoming a hairstylist has been realized, a result of the changes he made during his time in the past. He reunites with Naoto and they plan to visit Hina, but at the last moment, Takemichi hesitates and withdraws due to self-doubt and embarrassment over not having changed.

After Hinata's funeral, Takemichi informs Naoto of his next plan, determined to uncover why the same tragic future occurred despite Draken remaining loyal to Mikey. He decides to confront Draken directly, only to learn that Draken has left the Toman syndicate and is now awaiting execution in this new timeline.

The Third Division of the Tokyo Manji Gang appoints Kisaki, a former member of Moebius, as its new captain, despite reservations from some within the group. Mikey contends that Kisaki's strength is crucial in addressing the growing threat posed by Valhalla, while Takemichi remains skeptical, recalling how Kisaki's influence contributed to the corruption of Toman and the deaths of Hina and Akkun.

Mikey asks Takemichi to retrieve the former First Division Captain, Baji Keisuke, from Valhalla. In return for a successful mission, Mikey offers to have Kisaki leave Toman, but threatens Takemichi with death should he fail. As Takemichi learns about Valhalla from Yamagishi, Valhalla's third member, Kazutora Hanemiya, suddenly appears.

Mikey, Draken, Baji, Mitsuya, Pah-chin, and Kazutora have their gang uniforms custom-made and embark on a motorcycle trip to Kanagawa, with Mikey riding his moped, Street Hawk. They are ambushed by a local biker gang, but Mikey defiantly protects his moped, vowing to fight if anyone touches it.

Takemichi discovers the history between Baji and Kazutora, understanding the challenges involved in returning Baji to Toman. The next day, as he reflects on his promise to Mikey, Matsuno Chifuyu, Baji's second-in-command, arrives and reveals that Baji had joined Valhalla with the intention of infiltrating and exposing Kirisaki, not with the goal of destroying Toman.

Draken reveals to Takemichi a future in which Kazutora kills Baji during the Bloody Halloween event, which results in Kazutora's death at the hands of Mikey. This chain of events leads Mikey to fall into darkness, allowing Valhalla to take control of Toman, which eventually becomes the corrupt organization led by Kisaki. Determined to stop this future from occurring, Takemichi time-travels with the objective of protecting Baji.

The Bloody Halloween conflict intensifies as Valhalla gains control of Toman. Hanma and his group of delinquents overwhelm Toman's forces, with Draken struggling to protect his allies. Despite the overwhelming circumstances, Toman members are reinvigorated by Takemichi's desperate attempts to save Baji and Mikey.

On Bloody Halloween, Mikey finds himself in a desperate 1v3 battle against Kagetora while bound and helpless. After being struck in the head by Kazutora, he falls to his knees, prompting the Valhalla members to attempt his capture. As Draken and Takemichi rush to his aid, a surprising figure steps in to help Mikey at the last moment.

Baji infiltrates Valhalla with the intention of confronting Kisaki. After a fierce battle, he reaches Kisaki but collapses due to his injuries. Seeing this, Mikey quickly brings Hanma into the fight and begins aggressively attacking Kazutora, a moment that had been previously foretold by future Draken to Takemichi. As Takemichi tries to step in, Mikey's overwhelming rage puts them at risk of repeating the same tragic result.

Mikey becomes determined to confront the Black Dragons after learning of Kazutora's conflict with them, but seeks a deeper reason to justify the fight. With Baji's encouragement, they decide to form their own motorcycle gang, built on loyalty and the promise of standing by each other. Baji has since been fighting alone to uphold the vow they made when they founded the gang and pooled their money to buy a traffic safety charm.

Toman emerges victorious against Valhalla in the conflict known as the Bloody Halloween, though this success comes at a significant cost: Baji loses his life and Kazutora is arrested. Takemichi feels a sense of regret over his limited influence in the events, despite the group's success in preventing Mikey from killing Kazutora. After visiting Kazutora with Draken, they proceed to Draken's house.

At his first Toman meeting, Takemichi arrives wearing his signature jacket, only to be surprised by the presence of Hanma and Chifuyu alongside Mikey. He discovers that Kisaki Tetta was the one who arranged the meeting, which causes Takemichi to feel despair as he realizes the future has not changed despite Baji's sacrifice. Chifuyu then makes a statement that heightens the tension.

Takemichi is surprised to learn he has been promoted to an officer within Toman. Taking advantage of the situation, Kisaki deceives him, resulting in a tense confrontation in which Takemichi is pointed at with a gun.

Takemichi, while traveling through time, meets Hakkai and Yuzuha Shiba in the past and begins to form a bond with them. As they travel to the Shiba residence, they come across members of the Black Dragon syndicate, resulting in a sudden and violent conflict.

During a confrontation with Taiju Shiba, Takemichi sustains serious injuries, leading Hakkai to step in and propose a deal to save Takemichi's life.

A potential crisis is averted when Hakkai agrees to join the Black Dragon syndicate, but Mitsuya refuses to let Hakkai leave the Toman gang, leading to a confrontation with Taiju.

Kisaki and Hanma join Takemichi and Chifuyu in their mission to rescue Hakkai and dismantle the Black Dragon organization. As the group works together, Takemichi and Chifuyu make a key decision that will shape the course of their operation.

On Christmas night, the alliance members gather at a church, each motivated by their own personal reasons.

Yuzuha tries to attack Taiju but is unsuccessful in landing a hit. Understanding Yuzuha's significance in changing the future, Takemichi reenters the fight.

Mitsuya is ambushed and seriously injured upon arriving at the church. As tensions escalate, Takemichi, though overwhelmed by Taiju, resolves to stand his ground and declares his intention to confront the future of the Black Dragon organization.

Hakkai faces his brother Taiju together with Takemichi after revealing his secret, overcoming his fears in the process. As the battle escalates and the situation becomes critical, Mikey arrives on his motorcycle just in time, though his actions raise some concerns.

After successfully battling the Black Dragon, Takemichi is taken by Mikey to Hina's residence, where he must confront the girl with whom he had recently ended a relationship.

After declaring victory over the Black Dragon at the Tokyo Manji Gang's annual meeting, Mikey makes an unexpected announcement that changes the group's direction.

Believing he has changed the future, Takemichi returns to the present, only to discover that the timeline he has entered is even more bleak than the one he left.

Takemichi once again travels back in time in an effort to prevent the bleak future he has witnessed. During this journey, he meets Chifuyu and begins to grasp the actions required to change the course of events.

Takemichi and his allies are ambushed by the Yokohama gang Tenjiku in Shibuya as part of a coordinated effort to eliminate Toman. The confrontation escalates when one of Tenjiku's top enforcers arrives on the scene.

Smiley and Angry, the captain and vice-captain of the Fourth Division, provide assistance to Takemichi and his allies. Driven by a desire for revenge, they confront Tenjiku, which leads Takemichi to meet a childhood friend who delivers disturbing information.

Takemichi and Naoto meet Taiju Shiba to uncover the leadership behind the Toman gang, but their plans are interrupted when Inupi and Koko unexpectedly appear. As they attempt to flee, they find themselves in an even worse situation.

Takemichi, grappling with despair over recent events, finds renewed motivation through Hinata's support. He uncovers a connection between Mikey and Izana, and as the First Division deliberates their next course of action, they are unexpectedly visited by a Toman captain.

Takemichi confronts a dangerous member of the S-62 Generation to defend Koko, showcasing his strength and determination. His courage earns the attention of Inupi, who requests a surprising favor from him. At the same time, Takemichi alerts Mikey to a betrayal occurring within the Toman organization.

Mikey is dealing with the emotional aftermath of a tragic incident, while Takemichi, having accepted that he can no longer change past events, falls into despair. As both key figures become unable to lead effectively, the future direction and leadership of Toman come into question.

As Tenjiku prepares for battle at a Yokohama pier with the Big Four, the Toman crew hesitates, uncertain about facing what seems like an impossible fight. With Mikey and Draken unavailable, Takemichi attempts to rally Toman and boost their morale.

Toman and Tenjiku engage in a fierce battle, while the First Division makes efforts to create an opening for Takemichi to reach Kisaki. Amid the chaos, Inupi reveals a name that greatly upsets Koko.

Takemichi and the Toman gang face a significant threat from Tenjiku as the Haitani Brothers, one of whom is a top leader within the organization, battle as a formidable duo. With Mikey and Draken absent, the team must devise a way to counter their combined strength. Hakkai and Angry take on the responsibility of formulating a strategy to overcome this powerful pair.

The conflict between Toman and Tenjiku remains intense as Toman's strongest members are gradually forced out of the fight. Despite repeated defeats at the hands of Kakucho, Takemichi continues to rise and fight. When Kisaki intervenes in an attempt to end the battle, Takemichi remains resolute.

Mikey and Draken arrive at the pier, unexpectedly emerging from their supposed emotional downfall. Mikey confronts his brother Izana, setting the stage for a conflict between the leaders of Toman and Tenjiku.

Izana initially gains the upper hand in his battle against Mikey, but Mikey's relentless kicks begin to weaken him. As the fight turns against him, Izana resorts to desperate and reckless tactics, leading to a dangerous escalation.

As the crisis approaches its conclusion, Izana discloses an unexpected truth, while Hanma and Kisaki try to escape. Worried that Kisaki remains a threat, Takemichi and Draken chase after them through a snowy terrain.
