Tomodachi Game

Yuuichi Katagiri values friendship over money but understands the challenges of financial hardship. He is determined to save for a high school trip, having promised his four best friends that they will all attend together. When the class funds collected for the trip are stolen, suspicion falls on two of Yuuichi's friends, Shiho Sawaragi and Makoto Shibe. Shortly after, the five are kidnapped and awaken in an unfamiliar room with a character from a short-lived anime. It becomes clear that one of them has enrolled them in a "friendship game" to resolve a large debt. The question remains—who orchestrated this and why? Could the theft of the class funds have been an attempt to pay for entry into the game? To succeed, Yuuichi and his friends must navigate psychological challenges that test the strength and trust in their relationships.
