On a snowy night while preparing for his entrance exams, Nasa Yuzaki meets a mysterious girl who draws him in, leading to a life-changing encounter after he is hit by a truck. After a dramatic confession, he agrees to marry her before losing consciousness. Years later, when his life seems to have moved on, the girl unexpectedly reappears at his doorstep.

Nasa and Tsukasa have registered their marriage and are preparing for their first night together. When they realize Nasa's apartment lacks basic necessities for two people, Tsukasa suggests staying at a hotel, but Nasa insists they go shopping instead.
