Total Blackout

*Total Blackout* is an American game show that aired on Syfy, featuring contestants who complete challenges in total darkness, such as identifying objects using only their hands, nose, or mouth; gathering items; or navigating from one point to another. The host is Jaleel White, known for his role as Urkel on the sitcom *Family Matters* and for voicing Sonic the Hedgehog in three animated series. Each episode features four players competing for a prize of $5,000, and occasionally includes four teams of two. At the end of each round, the player or team who takes the longest to complete a task or identifies the fewest items within the time limit is eliminated. SyFy renewed the show for a second season, which began on October 30, 2012. The show originally aired in Denmark on Kanal 5, with Uffe Holm serving as host.
