Synopsis
Martin and Jake visit Dutch, a former Navy SEAL and Martin's old friend, in Los Angeles during a rare rainstorm. A power outage at the building is initially blamed on the weather, but tension rises when Guillermo arrives and violence erupts. As the situation escalates and fatalities occur, Jake's connection with Amelia becomes vital to his survival.
