Triage X

Black Label is an illegal organization that targets criminals deemed harmful to society, using a triage-like system with color-coded labels to determine the severity of their threat, with black representing the most dangerous.

Mikami Arashi, a high school student and cancer survivor, joins the underground organization Black Label as an executioner, driven by a traumatic event from nine years prior involving a terrorist attack at an international medical conference. The group now works to rescue a kidnapping victim they previously saved.

Kiba Mikoto, a student and part-time member of the supernatural-fighting group Black Label, meets a mysterious new student named Hizaki Chikage, and the two grow close as Mikoto learns more about her. At the same time, a series of unexplained incidents involving citizens being burned to death begin to unfold.

Mikoto learns about a dangerous tumor and decides to confront it on her own, leaving the rest of Black Label behind. Along the way, she encounters individuals using a new drug and runs into an unexpected person.

Nashida Oriha, a talented idol and member of Black Label, is set to perform at a live broadcast celebrating a new TV studio, but the event is disrupted when the studio becomes a target. Oriha must navigate the chaos and danger to see the event through.

A group of criminals take over a television studio and hold pop idols hostage, demanding a large ransom and threatening to push them from the 18th floor if their demands are not met. Oriha, one of the hostages, manages to escape and uncovers the perpetrators' deeper, more sinister motives.

Sagiri Yuko, Tsurugi Miki, and Sayo Hitsugi from Ampule Zero, along with Arashi, Mikoto, and Oriha from Ampule One, investigate a cargo ship that has docked at Tobioka Port. A pair of twins arrives and challenges Hitsugi, addressing her as "senpai," but their true intentions remain unclear.

Hitsuji becomes lost in her emotions and goes on a violent rampage, forcing her friends and fellow members of Black Label to confront her. While Arashi hesitates to fight her seriously out of concern for her well-being, Yuko takes decisive action to carry out the Triage.

Black Label, a clandestine group, combats evil by eliminating dangerous threats in the city. Detective Suzue Konomi investigates the organization and is subsequently kidnapped, though the true motives of her captors remain unclear. Multiple factions appear to be pursuing her, raising questions about Black Label's ability to confront the growing danger.

Black Label reviews the evidence to understand the emerging threat, realizing a new and dangerous force is at play. The group questions the significance of Triage to Arashi and the others, and what motivates them to pursue this path.
