Valley of the Wolves
Kurtlar Vadisi was a Turkish television drama that primarily aired on Show TV before moving to Kanal D and later atv for its final season. The series centered on an agent named Polat Alemdar, who infiltrates the mafia after undergoing plastic surgery. The storyline includes direct and indirect references to Turkish politics and political history, presented from the perspective of an undercover agent. Kurtlar Vadisi became one of the most successful television programs in Turkey and inspired a successful feature film titled Valley of the Wolves: Iraq.
