Synopsis
The Wacky Racers travel through the countryside toward Wott-Will, Delaware, where Dick Dastardly plays a prank by spreading cake icing on the road outside a bakery. Penelope Pitstop and Peter Perfect lose control and crash into the bakery, resulting in them being covered in cake and humorously dressed as a bride and groom.
