Wave, Listen to Me!
Minare Koda works as a floor manager at a small restaurant in Sapporo and is dealing with the aftermath of a breakup. One night, she vents her frustrations to an older man at a local bar. The next day, she learns that the man is a producer at a nearby radio station, which had broadcast her drunken remarks on air. As her voice gains unexpected attention, Minare is offered a position as a late-night radio talk show host at the station. She attempts to balance her new role with her daytime job at the restaurant to support herself financially.
