After a painful breakup, seasoned FBI agent Will Chase teams up with sharp-tongued CIA operative Frankie Trowbridge to lead a diverse, often chaotic inter-agency task force of spies. As they tackle high-stakes missions, they must also manage personal tensions, budding relationships, and bureaucratic challenges.

The Whiskey team travels to Prague for their first official mission, where Will is tasked with seducing the widow of a deceased shipping tycoon to obtain a list of his criminal clients, despite Frankie's concerns about the ethical implications.
