One evening in the fall, with one month remaining before the school festival, Haruki Kitahara, the last remaining member of the disbanded light music club, gazes out the window and plays his guitar toward the festival stage set up outside. This quiet, small-scale performance was the simple adventure the diligent honor student had dreamed of achieving over the course of two and a half years before his graduation in six months. However, when a flowing piano melody and a bell-like singing voice unexpectedly join his somewhat awkward guitar playing, the course of events begins to shift.
