Robin, Aqualad, and Kid Flash infiltrate Cadmus and discover that the facility is now controlled by alien creatures known as Genomorphs.

The sidekicks discover a Superman clone known as Superboy, who is imprisoned at Cadmus, and they work to rescue him while facing the villain Blockbuster.

When Speedy refuses to join the new team, Robin, Aqualad, and Kid Flash begin to question the seriousness of Young Justice, while Miss Martian worries that she doesn't belong. Their insecurities are tested when they and Superboy face Mister Twister, seemingly confirming their fears.
