Synopsis
Yusei and Crow work on a new engine when Leo, Luna, and their classmates arrive, including Sly, who is tempted to steal Stardust Dragon. The Academy's principal asks Yusei to help resolve a disciplinary issue involving head instructor Rudolph Heitmann, who threatens to expel the students for using low-level monsters. Yusei challenges Heitmann to a duel to defend the students and prove the value of low-level cards, ultimately winning with the help of several student-owned Tuners, leading Heitmann to retract the expulsions.
