Episode 73— Synchro Straits

Yusei has a nightmare involving Stardust Dragon being taken by The Ghost and Sherry's proposition, prompting him to challenge Jack to a duel to improve his skills without relying on Synchro Monsters. During the duel, a mysterious observer (later revealed as Vizor) watches, and after sensing Yusei's fear, Jack ends the match, claiming victory without Synchros is impossible. Meanwhile, at a WRGP premiere event, Lazar reunites with the Yliaster group, who have their own agenda, and a rogue Turbo Duelist named Dobocle disrupts the gathering until Akiza intervenes, drawing interest from the Yliaster trio. Dobocle attempts to flee but is stopped by another Ghost, later revealed to be Primo, who is fed up with his behavior.
