Synopsis
Jonouchi Katsuya faces Ryota Kajiki, a proficient sea duelist known for his mastery of powerful aquatic monsters, in a high-stakes duel that will decide whether Jonouchi can acquire the final Locator Card necessary to qualify for the Battle City Finals. At the same time, the Rare Hunters start to monitor Jonouchi's activities, increasing the threat he faces outside of the duel.
