Synopsis

An American journalist and his cameraman find themselves trapped in a combat zone during the first Russian airstrikes on Georgia. They meet Tatia, a young Georgian schoolteacher who has become separated from her family during the attack, and agree to help her reunite with them in exchange for her serving as their interpreter. As the three attempt to escape to safety, they witness and record the destruction caused by the full-scale crossfire and the cold-blooded killing of innocent civilians.
