Blood Below the Skin
Synopsis
This short narrative follows a week in the lives of three teenage girls who are high school classmates from different social circles and form a bond after an unexpected incident. Two of the girls begin falling in love with each other despite the odds, while the third is forced to care for her own mother after her father disappears. Each girl finds solace in her bedroom, where the music playing from her turntable creates a sense of magical synchronicity among them.
